Who we’re looking for:

Automotive Technicians with at least 3+ years of in-shop experience.
Positive, enthusiastic individuals with a passion for automotive repair.
Technicians looking for the freedom to flag unlimited hours.
Team-oriented people who thrive in a supportive work environment.

Experienced ASE Certified Technicians may qualify for an Additional Intro Bonus and/or Higher Commission Rates.

Service Technician Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair vehicles.
Estimate repair costs and document all work.
Follow dealership and manufacturer guidelines.
Maintain a clean and safe workspace.
Participate in ongoing training and adhere to safety protocols.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
3+ years of automotive repair experience.
Valid driver’s license.
ASE certifications are preferred but not required.
